Project Detail
LVTPL project entails the laying of 335 kms of 765 kV Double Circuit (Hexa) transmission lines and two high-power sub-station aiming to strengthen the national grid. It consists of three elements.
Element 1 – Lakadia – Vadodara 765 kV D/C transmission line
Element 2 – 765 kV AIS Bay at Lakadia
Element 3 – 765 kV GIS Bay at Vadodara
Care For The Community
Sterlite Power is known for its sustainable approach to development. During the project execution phase, the company engaged with various communities for an inclusive approach towards development. The company also provided employment to thousands of skilled and unskilled people during the construction phase. It also made concerted efforts to provide essential health items to vulnerable communities around the project sites during the Covid-19 imposed national lockdown.
